Service Support, Maintenance and Training
- Site preparation, re-installation consultancy, installation and commissioning of systems.
- Complete on-site training to users including the preliminary troubleshooting guidance.
- Warranty Support – prompt and efficient support during warranty period in terms of labor, spare parts and consumables.
- Full technical and application support up to the complete satisfaction of the customer.
- Complete IT and Validation support, software upgrades and new software as per IQ/OQ/PQ or other relevant international quality standards.
- Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) of the instruments supplied by ASTS or for existing ones (with or without spares).
